ProPackagingBoxes.com owns all the materials that are used for creating products at our facilities and it is our right to distribute free samples and/or show-case the custom made products as a display of our expertise, styles and designs.

Return and Refund Policy

All of our manufactured products are custom made and have No Resale Value. All sales are Final. CAREFULLY REVIEW EVERY DETAIL OF THE DIGITAL PROOF before approving your order for manufacturing process. Once a digital proof is approved by the customer either by replying to the email or over the chat conversation, ProPackagingBoxes.com will not be held responsible for any copy, design errors including misspellings, date or color variations. The digital proof colors may vary with actual manufactured product due to digital screens and human eye color variations. Once manufacturing has been started, customer is responsible for paying the invoice in whole along with shipping charges and taxes. In some cases, refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been done by ProPackagingBoxes on that order. Kindly note that such refund would be adjusted to cover a minimum cancellation charges of 25% per job.
ProPackagingBoxes.com cannot be held responsible for any damages to the products it created due to unforeseen or uncontrollable weather circumstances and also by the carrier or shipping companies. In the event that you discover any problems in printing of your item or the item is not printed according to your requirements, you have to notify the organization within 3 working days subsequent to receiving your order. If there should be an occurrence of the flawed printing or unrequested printing we reproduce your original order but do not offer refunds. Deformity checking is done by the administrative team. The clients need to send the defective item’s photographs to the organization utilizing their money within 7 business days to obtain the reprinted products. Also, accelerated/rush/urgent/priority orders have charges that have no refunds.

Payment, Order Placements and Cancellations

ProPackagingBoxes.com charges for its products and services in USD (U.S Dollars). The organization begins dealing with your submitted orders once they have received the total amount of money you owe them which includes product printing costs, taxes, shipping charges etc. either through Bank Account Transfer, Cash or Check Deposit to our Bank accounts.
For limited use, we also offer PayPal as a payment option for more convenience to our customers.
Once you finalize your orders with us, it is forwarded to the printing department for printing purposes. But, once the orders get into the printing phase no changes will be made with regard to anything. However, there is a 4 hour window for you to cancel your order after proof approval. The cancellation charges are 25% which will be deducted from the full payment of your order. Since our orders are purely customized and have no Resale value, therefore, the longer you take to cancel your order the more will be the charges. It will cost you 50 % of your total payment if you ask for the cancellation after 24 hours. This cost will cover the wasted time and resources that were utilized by ProPackagingBoxes in making your order. However, cancellation after 24 hours is not a given.

Design Orders

ProPackagingBoxes.com does not offer any settlement or refunds for any orders of design services. Any design order once placed will be final.

Sales Tax Policy

We charge sales tax on all orders that come to us from the state of Illinois in the US. If you are tax exempt please provide your tax exemption certificate while placing your order with us.

Customers submitted Artwork and Files

We require you to submit your artwork and files in CMYK format with at least three hundred dots per inch resolution in the final size. If you do not fulfill this requirement we will not be accountable for printing as distorted, vague, pixilated and change in appearance of colors in the process of converting your files to CMYK format.
You alone are exclusively in charge of the accuracy and correctness of your artwork and files. The alignment and orientation of the pages of your submitted files is also your responsibility. We in no way are liable for any harm, loss or destruction of your artwork/files submissions. But, we will take all the precautions we can to prevent loss of your artwork and files.
ProPackagingBoxes.com does provide Design Support to its customers to make changes and corrections in the design or artwork files, but only upon customer’s will and demand. Our Designers will create digital mockups using only those files and artwork provided by the customers.
You must agree that you are the proprietor of all the contents (including text, pictures, brand names, logos, trademarks etc) that you upload on our website or you have taken the necessary steps to acquire the lawful use of any content uploaded to our site.
We also preserve the right to reject any order which we consider to be illicit in its nature or a violation of the rights of a third party. You warrant complete legal responsibility for all the material that will be printed and processed on your behalf and with your guidelines. We can refuse any order without prior notification or declaring reasons. Please see to it that you do not upload any harmful, obscene, offensive or profane material for printing of the personalized packaging boxes.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

We request you to be carefully and thoroughly review your proof prior to approval for printing. You will have to check it with the original file for possible errors in duplication, spacing, structure, punctuation, bleeds, size, crops and the final content. Make sure that your electronic proof does not display any issues in transparency, overprinting or changes in color from conversion of file to CMYK. The appearance of the printed colors may get affected with the lamination or UV Coating. We in no way will be accountable for the final color appearance of the laminated product(s).
Any services or printing products you order, ProPackagingBoxes.com will need you to approve the digital proof. Unless you provide this approval of proof your order will not be sent to the printing press. We will not be held accountable for any delays that occur due to the non-approval of the proof by our customers. The turnaround time that we have mentioned on our website will only start after you have submitted the approval of proof.

Customer is responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof

The color to be printed is produced from the submitted artwork file but it cannot be exactly like that color due to the built-in limitations of the printing processes as well as adjoining picture ink needs, the color accuracy cannot be guaranteed. When you place an order you agree to this drawback of system. The employees are advised to try their best to provide the closest color but the company is not liable for color changes between expected and printed work. There will be no reprinting done for such color alterations which are there due to the system limitations. We are not responsible for the matching color, ink, density on the printed products which you approved. However ProPackagingBoxes.com guarantees the color precision and matching if you order a hard proof from the company. It is to be informed that hard copy proof will cost you more otherwise.

No Liability for Errors

ProPackagingBoxes.com is not responsible for any errors in the final product that were due to any of the following:
• Font, grammar and spelling mistakes
• Over Printing Errors
• Die lines, Erroneous fonts, cropping marks. Cracks in folds
• Percolating Marks, Graphics Punctuation
• Difference in finished size of the product


We usually deliver the exact number of products orders and a small surplus without any extra charges.. In the case of an under-run- your bill will surmount to the quantity you received. The most accepted trade practice is delivering 5 % of the quantity that was ordered, in addition or subtraction and that is what we follow.

Speed of Production

After you have submitted your artwork or files, reviewed it, is accepted by our pre-press department, approved the press-ready proof (electronically or in hard copy) and paid all the dues is when our turnaround time for printing and production speed starts. During you order placement we allow you to choose the speed of production which tells the number of business days needed to print your order and hand it over to the shipping company for shipment. We should receive your approval of proof before 10 AM Central Standard Time.
ProPackagingBoxes has three production facilities, IL , Sydney and one in Lahore. The production team decides the destination according to the nature of job, pricing factors and fastest turnarounds. However, the quality of products and the turnaround time remains same regardless of the production location.
If there is any specific requirement to have your boxes to be printed within US facilities, you need to inform us prior giving the final approval.
Once your order is processed for production, ProPackagingBoxes.com shall not be responsible for any claims to switch production location.

Order Shipping and Delivery

ProPackagingBoxes.com does not offer next day delivery. Normally orders are dispatched in 8-10 business days, within US. Our normal shipping charges are for US only. For all the other countries and regions outside USA, please discuss about the shipping costs with one of our sales representatives before placing your order.
Getting the orders printed and delivered in time is our main concern. However, ProPackagingBoxes will not be responsible for any kind of harm or consequences faced as in result of delays in delivery or shipment. You agree to not hold ProPackagingBoxes.com accountable for the delays that might occur during the package delivery or shipment due to bad conditions beyond our control. Please contact our shipping carriers directly (DHL, FedEx or UPS normally) for shipping related issues once the order has been shipped. The customer agrees that the ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss, damage and title for such items pass to you (customer/purchaser/buyer) upon delivery to the carrier. ProPackagingBoxes.com will not accept any claim or responsibility of any damages or delays made by the shipping carrier company.
In the event of delays due to the shipping company, bad weather conditions, customs issues, failure of equipment during the printing process or technical issues, expedited charged will be given back. Note that the orders will not be cancelled because of delays in the printing process.
You agree to pay all the charges and costs on goods that are shipped to their particular whereabouts. It is the responsibility of the customer to make the necessary arrangements for custom clearance for the shipments that are not delivered in the US.
We offer Standard 8-10 Business Days to be shipped (with 2-3 Business Days for ground Shipping) to any ONE LOCATION PER ORDER within USA without weight limit or quantity. Shipping to additional destinations will mean extra charges. During shipment or delivery we are not accountable for any kind of loss, delay, damage or theft to the printed products. We also do not guarantee delivery and shipping transit times. ProPackagingBoxes.com will not be responsible for any damage which occurred during shipping.
We will charge additional handling and shipping charges for re-shipment if you provide us incorrect shipment delivery address or in case of any errors while providing the complete delivery address.

User Conduct for Shipment Acceptance

To protect you from liability, do not sign delivery receipt until shipment has been inspected thoroughly. Refuse to accept the shipment/carton/package if damage is visible. We cannot help you file a claim for any damage or missing items discovered after delivery receipt is signed. Your custom packaging orders can be delivered from any of our warehouse across the globe i.e it can be from Illinois, Sydney or Lahore offices. This depends on the quantity, priority and nature of your order. If for any reasons your parcel incurs any custom or duty charges within USA, please pay directly to our shipping agent as soon as possible to avoid delays. Kindly share your receipt for the Duty and Customs payment within USA, so it can be reimbursed by us.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

It is our right to change and alter any part of our website along with the terms and conditions whenever we want without prior notice. The changes made to any section of our website including the terms and conditions will be effective immediately. Your continuous utilization of our site after the changes will mean that you are in agreement to whatever changes.
